Well I guess I have worked a lot of hours the last few weeks and just think I lost total track of time. Then last friday I woke up with a sore throat and saturday it all was in my chest it felt like some one was sitting on me. I have been taking some over the counter meds and they are helping at least it seems to be. The only draw back is I have not been sleeping well so that sucks I have enough troubles with sleep as it is, I do not need any more help in that area. All I know is I feel for people who get sick or feel like this all the time.. I do not get sick very often. Maybe a sinus congestion once in a while but that is about it. About every two to three years I get a pretty bad cold or strep etc. But that is about it so I kinda am a baby about it when I do. My life does not stop though I keep working and taking care of my family like always.. I think that is why I do not get sick I am why to stubborn I do not have time for that. My doctor once told me that the reason I do get sick is my body telling me to slow down and get some rest. Years ago I would have believed that but not lately all I do is work and hang with the family I get more rest than I need. I don't go out and I hang out and play on the computer and watch T.V. If I slow down any more I will be DEAD!!
